٤۔ كِتَابُ الزَّكَاةِ

٤۔٥٣ أَيَّتُهُمَا الْيَدُ الْعُلْيَا

"We came to Al-Madinah and the Messenger of Allah was standing on the Minbar addressing the people and saying: 'The hand which gives is the upper hand. Start with those for whom you are responsible; your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, then the next closest, and the next closet."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2532)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٢٣٢٣أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمَرْوَزِيُّ السِّينَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ عَنْ طَارِقٍ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ قَالَ

قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَائِمٌ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ وَيَقُولُ «يَدُ الْمُعْطِي الْعُلْيَا وَابْدَأْ بِمَنْ تَعُولُ أُمَّكَ وَأَبَاكَ وَأُخْتَكَ وَأَخَاكَ ثُمَّ أَدْنَاكَ أَدْنَاكَ» مُخْتَصَرٌ
