When Allah's Apostle ﷺ decided to march (for return journey), he found Safiyyah at the door of her tent, sad and downcast. He remarked. Barren, shaven-head, you are going to detain us, and then said: Did you perform Tawaf Ifada on the Day of Nahr? She replied in the affirmative, whereupon he said: Then march on.

When Messenger of Allah ﷺ decided to leave Mecca after the Hajj, he saw Safiyya, sad and standing at the entrance of her tent. He said to her, "Aqr (or) Halq! You will detain us. Did you perform Tawaf-al- Ifada on the day of Nahr? She said, "Yes." He said, "Then you can depart."

The Prophet ﷺ intended to return home after the performance of the Hajj, and he saw Safiya standing at the entrance of her tent, depressed and sad because she got her menses. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Aqra Halqa! --An expression used in the Quraish dialect--"You will detain us." The Prophet ﷺ then asked (her), "Did you perform the Tawaf Al-Ifada on the Day of Sacrifice (10th of Dhul-Hijja)?" She said, "Yes." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then you can leave (with us).

البخاري:٦١٥٧ – حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

[Machine] She said, when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wanted to go on a military campaign, he saw Safiyyah by her room's door looking sad or distressed, and she was menstruating. He ﷺ said, "Are you on your period or have you purified yourself at the time of sacrifice?" She replied, "Yes." He said, "Then go."
