15.89 The prohibition of wishing ill towards the people of Al-Madinah, and that the one who wishes them ill will be caused to melt by Allah

١٥۔٨٩ باب مَنْ أَرَادَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ بِسُوءٍ أَذَابَهُ اللَّهُ

(875) bukhari:1877 – Ḥusayn b. Ḥurayth > al-Faḍl > Juʿayd > ʿĀʾishah > Saʿd

I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "None plots against the people of Medina but that he will be dissolved (destroyed) like the salt is dissolved in water."  

(٨٧٥) البخاري:١٨٧٧ – حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ عَنْ جُعَيْدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا ؓ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ يَكِيدُ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ انْمَاعَ كَمَا يَنْمَاعُ الْمِلْحُ فِي الْمَاءِ
