ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ مُسَيْلِمَةَ الْكَذَّابَ كَانَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ يَخُوضُونَ فِيهِ فِي حَيَاتِهِ ﷺ

[Machine] "To say about him, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, something, then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up among the people and praised Allah for what He is worthy of. Then he said, 'As for this man about whom you have spoken excessively about, he is a liar among thirty liars who will come out before the Antichrist. Indeed, there is no town except that the terror of the Messiah will enter it, except for Madinah, on every access point of it, there will be two angels protecting it from the terror of the Messiah.'"  

أَنْ يَقُولَ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي النَّاسِ فَأَثْنَى عَلَى اللهِ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَمَّا بَعْدُ فِي شَأْنِ هَذَا الرَّجُلِ الَّذِي قَدْ أَكْثَرْتُمْ فِي شَأْنِهِ فَإِنَّهُ كَذَّابٌ مِنْ ثَلَاثِينَ كَذَّابًا يَخْرُجُونَ قَبْلَ الدَّجَّالِ وَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَلَدٌ إِلَّا يَدْخُلُهُ رُعْبُ الْمَسِيحِ إِلَّا الْمَدِينَةَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَقْبٍ مِنْ نِقَابِهَا يَوْمَئِذٍ مَلَكَانِ يَذُبَّانِ عَنْهَا رُعْبَ الْمَسِيحِ  

[Machine] The translation of the given text into English is as follows:

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said about him, then the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) stood up and praised Allah for what He deserves. Then he said, "As for what follows, you have exaggerated in the matter of this man, and indeed he is a liar, one of thirty liars who will appear before the Dajjal. And there is no city that will not be filled with the fear of the Messiah on that day, except for Medina, for on every spot of its outskirts, there will be two angels who will dispel the fear of the Messiah from it." Muslim has narrated through Talhah bin Abdullah bin Awf, and Ma'mar and Shuayb bin Abi Hamza have also narrated this chain of narration from Az-Zuhri. Talhah bin Abdullah did not hear it from Abu Bakrah; rather, he heard it from 'Iyad bin Musafi' who heard it from Abu Bakrah. This is how Yunus bin Yazid and 'Uqail bin Khalid have narrated it from Az-Zuhri. Talhah did not hear this from Abu Bakrah.  

أَنْ يَقُولَ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَثْنَى عَلَى اللَّهِ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ «أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَقَدْ أَكْثَرْتُمْ فِي شَأْنِ هَذَا الرَّجُلِ وَإِنَّهُ كَذَّابٌ مَنْ ثَلَاثِينَ كَذَّابًا يَخْرُجُونَ قَبْلَ الدَّجَّالِ وَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَلَدٌ إِلَّا يَدْخُلُهُ رُعْبُ الْمَسِيحِ إِلَّا الْمَدِينَةَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَقْبٍ مِنْ أَنْقَابِهَا يَوْمَئِذٍ مَلَكَانِ يَذُبَّانِ عَنْهَا رُعْبَ الْمَسِيحِ» قَدِ احْتَجَّ مُسْلِمٌ بِطَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَقَدْ أَعْضَلَ مَعْمَرٌ وَشُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ فَإِنَّ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ مَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ إِنَّمَا سَمِعَهُ مَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ مُسَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَعُقَيْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ لم يسمعه طلحة من أبي بكرة  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said about the man: "As for him, you have exaggerated in his matter. Indeed, he is a liar, one of thirty liars who will appear before the Antichrist. And there is no town except that the terror of the Messiah will enter it, except for Medina. On that day, every gate of Medina will be guarded by two angels, protecting it from the terror of the Messiah."  

أَنْ يَقُولَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِيهِ مَا قَالَ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَثْنَى عَلَى اللَّهِ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ «أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَقَدْ أَكْثَرْتُمْ فِي شَأْنِ هَذَا الرَّجُلِ وَإِنَّهُ كَذَّابٌ مَنْ ثَلَاثِينَ كَذَّابًا يَخْرُجُونَ قَبْلَ الدَّجَّالِ وَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَلَدٌ إِلَّا سَيَدْخُلُهُ رُعْبُ الْمَسِيحِ إِلَّا الْمَدِينَةَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَقْبٍ مَنْ أَنْقَابِهَا يَوْمَئِذٍ مَلَكَانِ يَذُبَّانِ عَنْهَا رُعْبَ الْمَسِيحِ»  

"أمَّا بَعْدُ في شأنِ هذا الرّجُلِ يعني مسيلَمَةَ -فقد أكثرتم في شأنه

فإِنّهُ كذابٌ من ثلاثين كذابًا، يخرجونَ قَبْلَ الدَّجالِ، وإنّهُ ليسَ بلَدٌ لا يدخُلُهُ رُعْبُ المسيح إلا المدينةَ على كُلِّ نَقْبٍ من أنقابهَا مَلَكان يَذِّبَّانِ عنها رُعْبَ المسيح".
