[Machine] I heard a man from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever repents to Allah before he dies, Allah will accept his repentance.'" So I narrated this to another man from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he asked, "Did you hear that yourself?" I said, "Yes." He said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever repents to Allah before he dies, Allah will accept his repentance.' " So I narrated it to another man, and he asked, "Did you hear that yourself?" I said, "Yes." He said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever repents to Allah before he dies, Allah will accept his repentance.' " So I narrated it to another man, and he asked, "Did you hear that yourself?" I said, "Yes." He said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever repents to Allah before he dies, Allah will accept his repentance.' " This is how Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad al-Darawardi narrated it from Zaid bin Aslam.

الحاكم:٧٦٦١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ أَنْبَأَ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ أَنْبَأَ هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ تَابَ إِلَى اللَّهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِيَوْمٍ قَبِلَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ» قَالَ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِذَلِكَ رَجُلًا آخَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ ذَلِكَ؟ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ تَابَ إِلَى اللَّهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِنِصْفِ يَوْمٍ قَبِلَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ» فَحَدَّثْتُ بِذَلِكَ رَجُلًا آخَرَ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ ذَلِكَ؟ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَأَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ تَابَ إِلَى اللَّهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِضَحْوَةٍ قَبِلَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ» قَالَ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِذَلِكَ رَجُلًا آخَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ ذَلِكَ؟ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَأَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ تَابَ إِلَى اللَّهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُغَرْغِرَ قَبِلَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ» هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ

[Machine] On the authority of some of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ , they reported that they heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Whoever repents to Allah before their death, Allah will accept it from them." One of the companions then conveyed this to another companion of the Prophet ﷺ and asked, "Did you hear this from him?" He replied, "Yes." The companion then said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever repents to Allah before their death, Allah will accept it from them half a day before their death.'" Another companion of the Prophet ﷺ then heard this and asked, "Did you hear this?" He replied, "Yes." The companion then said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever repents to Allah before their death, Allah will accept it from them until their last breath.'" Finally, another companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard this and asked, "Did you hear this from him?" He replied, "Yes." The companion then said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever repents before their soul reaches their throat, Allah will accept it from them.'"

أحمد:٢٣٠٦٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ

"عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحمَن بْنِ السَّلَمِانِي قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ يقول: مَنْ تَابَ إِلَى اللهِ - تَعَالَى- قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِيَوْمٍ قَبِلَ اللهُ - تَعَالَى- مِنْهُ توبته قال: فَحَدَّثْتُها رَجُلًا آخَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فقال: أنت سمعته؟ قال: نعم، قال: فاشهد لقد سمعت رسول ﷺ يقول مَنْ تَابَ إلَى الله قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِنِصْفِ يَوْمٍ قَبِلَ اللهُ - تَعَالَى- مِنْهُ، قَالَ: فَحَدِّثْتُها رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ آخَرَ، فَقَالَ: أَنْتَ سَمِعْتهُ؟ فَقُلْتُ: نَعَمْ قَالَ: فَاشْهَدْ لَقد سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ تَابَ إِلَى اللهِ - تَعَالَى- قَبَلَ أَنْ يَموُتَ بِضَحْوَةٍ قَبِلَ

اللهُ - تَعَالَى- مِنْهُ، قَالَ: فَحَدَّثْتهَا رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ آخَرَ قال: أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَهُ؟ قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَأَشْهَدُ لَقد سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ تَابَ إِلَى اللهِ - تَعَالَى- قَبْلَ أَنْ يُغَرْغِرَ بِنَفسِه قَبِلَ اللهُ - تَعَالَى- مِنْهُ".
