[Machine] His father heard him saying, "O Messenger of Allah, advise me." He (the Prophet) said, "Establish prayer, pay zakat, fast in Ramadan, perform Hajj, perform Umrah, honor your parents, maintain family ties, be kind to guests, enjoin what is good, forbid what is evil, and be with the truth wherever it leads you." This hadith has a sound chain of narrators from the scholars of Yemen, and Ibn Mas'mud did not classify it as weak.  

سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ يَقُولُ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَوْصِنِي قَالَ «أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ وَأَدِّ الزَّكَاةَ وَصُمْ رَمَضَانَ وَحُجَّ الْبَيْتَ وَاعْتَمِرْ وَبَرَّ وَالِدَيْكَ وَصِلْ رَحِمَكَ وَأَقْرِ الضَّيْفَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَنْهَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَزُلْ مَعَ الْحَقِّ حَيْثُ زَالَ» صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ بِشُيُوخِ الْيَمَنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ ابن مسمول ضعيف
