[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Amr (a companion) was never given the choice between two matters except that he would choose the one that was more virtuous." Adh-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summarization.  

الحاكم:٥٦٦٥أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ سِيَاهٍ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَا خُيِّرَ عَمَّارٌ بَيْنَ أَمْرَيْنِ إِلَّا اخْتَارَ أَرْشَدَهُمَا» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
