[Machine] Concerning Uruwah, he said: "Regarding the naming of those who witnessed Al-Aqaba and pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, among them were from the tribe of Bani Awf, and then from the tribe of Bani Salim ibn Ja'far, Ubadah ibn As-Samit, who was a sergeant and had witnessed the Battle of Badr."  

الحاكم:٥٥١٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدُ ثَنَا أَبِي ثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ

عَنْ عُرْوَةَ «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ الَّذِينَ شَهِدُوا الْعَقَبَةَ فَبَايِعُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ» قَالَ «وَمِنْ بَنِي عَوْفٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي سَالِمِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ وَهُوَ نَقِيبٌ وَقَدْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا»
