"The Messenger of Allah sent me to Yemen and he commanded me to take one-tenth of whatever is irrigated by the sky, and half of one-tenth of whatever is irrigated by means of buckets." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2490)
«بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنَ الثِّمَارِ مَا يَسْقِي بَعْلًا الْعُشْرَ وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالسَّانِيَةِ فَنِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ»
"The Prophet sent me to Yemen and ordered me to collect a Tabi or a Tabi'ah on every thirty cows, a Musinnah on every forty, a Dinar for every Halim, or its equivalent of Ma'afir."Abu Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan. Some of them reported this Hadith from Sufyan, from Al-A'mash, from Abu Wa'il, from Masruq: "The Prophet sent Mu'adh to Yemen and ordered him to take..." and this is more authentic
بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلاَثِينَ بَقَرَةً تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ
the Messenger of Allah instituted the Ushr of what was watered by the heavens and steams, or through natural channels, and half of the Ushr for what is watered by irrigation.
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ سَنَّ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ أَوْ كَانَ عَثَرِيًّا الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
"The Messenger of Allah sent me to Yemen, and he commanded me to take from every forty cows, a cow in its third year, and from every thirty, a Tabi '(two-year-old), and from every person who had reached the age of puberty a Dinar or is equivalent in Maafir." (Daif)

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “For crops that are irrigated by the sky (i.e. rain) and springs, one-tenth. For those that are irrigated by watering, one half of one-tenth.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from a reliable source from Sulayman ibn Yasar and from Busr ibn Said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On land that is watered by rain or springs or any natural means there is (zakat to pay of) a tenth. On irrigated land there is (zakat of) a twentieth (to pay)."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ وَالْبَعْلِ الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ

عَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ؛ أَنَّه قَالَ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ الْعُشْرُ وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالدَّوَالِي فَنِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
That when the Messenger of Allah sent him to Yemen, he commanded him to take from every thirty, cattle a male or female Tabi'(two-year-old), and from every forty, a Musinnah (three-year-old), and from every person who had reached the age of puberty a Dinar or is equivalent in Ma'afir.
