Pretending to have what one was not given

A woman said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I have a co-wife. Is there any sin upon me if I pretend to have received from my husband what he does not give me?" So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The one who pretends to have what he was not given is like one wearing two garments of falsehood."

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً قَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ لِي ضَرَّةً، فَهَلْ عَلَىَّ جُنَاحٌ إِنْ تَشَبَّعْتُ مِنْ زَوْجِي غَيْرَ الَّذِي يُعْطِينِي؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «الْمُتَشَبِّعُ بِمَا لَمْ يُعْطَ كَلاَبِسِ ثَوْبَىْ زُورٍ»
