البزّار:٨٩٦٠حَدَّثَنا وَهْبُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ زِمَامٍ الْقَيْسَيُّ قال حَدَّثَنا محمد بن سواء حَدَّثَنا سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادةَ عَنِ خلاس عن أبي رافع عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أن رجلين ترافعا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى

اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ليس لواحد منهما بينة فأمرهما رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ يستهما على اليمين أحبا أو كرها
