اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ إِذَا تَبَايَعَ الرَّجُلانِ فَإِنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يُفَارِقَ صَاحِبَهُ فَيَخْتَارَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ هَوَاهُ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ

الطبراني:٧٠٢٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ السَّمُرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ خُبَيْبٍ قَالَ
