البزّار:١٧٣٤حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقُطَعِيُّ قَالَ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ نا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

قَالَ قَالَ الصَّادِقُ الْمَصْدُوقُ إِنَّ بَيْعَ الْمُحَفَّلَاتِ خِلَابَةٌ وَلَا تَحِلُّ الْخِلَابَةُ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَابِرٍ
