[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ married while in a state of Ihram, Ibn Shihab informed me that Yazid ibn al-Asam told him that the Prophet ﷺ married Maimuna while in a state of Halal, and she is his aunt. So I said to Ibn Shihab, "Do you consider an Arab man to be a servant carrying a camel carrying Ibn Abbas and she also is the aunt of Ibn Abbas?"

البيهقي:٩١٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَكَحَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ وَهِيَ خَالَتُهُ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لِابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَتَجْعَلُ أَعْرَابِيًّا بَوَّالًا عَلَى عَقِبَيْهِ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَهِيَ خَالَةُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَيْضًا؟

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ نَكَحَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ لَمْ يَقُلْهُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ إِنَّمَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ married while in a state of ihram," said Amr. Amr mentioned this to Az-Zuhri, who then asked, "O Amr, who do they say it is?" I said, "They say it is Maymuna." Ibn Shihab narrated to me that Yazid bin al-Asamm informed him that "the Prophet ﷺ married her while it was halal." Amr said to Ibn Shihab, "Do you make an Arab urinate on your heels like Ibn Abbas?" Ibn Shihab said, "She is his paternal aunt." Amr said, "She is also the paternal aunt of Ibn Abbas."

الحاكم:٦٧٩٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ قَالَا أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ» قَالَ عَمْرٌو قَدْ ذَكَرْتُهُ لِلزُّهْرِيِّ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا عَمْرُو مَنْ تُرَاهَا؟ قُلْتُ يَقُولُونَ مَيْمُونَةَ فَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ» فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو لِابْنِ شِهَابٍ «تَجْعَلُ أَعْرَابِيًّا يَبُولُ عَلَى عَقِبَيْهِ مِثْلَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ» فَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ هِيَ خَالَتُهُ فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو «هِيَ خَالَةُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَيْضًا»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ صحيح على شرط البخاري ومسلم

[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ married while being in ihram. Amr said, "I asked Jabir bin Zaid, 'Who do you see her as, O Abu Shaatha?' He said, 'I believe she is Maymunah bint al-Harith.' And he said once, 'They say Maymunah bint al-Harith.' So I said to him, 'Indeed Ibn Shihab informed me about Yazid bin al-Asamm, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Maymunah while he was in a state of legality.'

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ قَالَ عَمْرٌو فَقُلْتُ لِجَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ مَنْ تَرَاهَا يَا أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ؟ قَالَ أَظُنُّهَا مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً يَقُولُونَ مَيْمُونَةُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ إِنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ
