البيهقي:٨٧٥٣ – وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ ثنا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَالْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعُمْرَةِ أَوَاجِبَةٌ فَرِيضَةٌ كَفَرِيضَةِ الْحَجِّ قَالَ لَا وَأَنْ تَعْتَمِرَ خَيْرٌ لَكَ هَذَا هُوَ الْمَحْفُوظُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ مَوْقُوفٌ غَيْرُ مَرْفُوعٍ وَرُوِيَ

عَنْ جَابِرٍ مَرْفُوعًا بِخِلَافِ ذَلِكَ وَكِلَاهُمَا ضَعِيفٌ
