[Machine] A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, indeed my sister has passed away and she owed two consecutive months of fasting." He ﷺ said, "Would you have paid off her debt if she had owed money?" She said, "Yes." He said, "Then the right of Allah is more deserving."

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أُخْتِي مَاتَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا صِيَامُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ قَالَ أَرَأَيْتِ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أُخْتِكِ دَيْنٌ أَكُنْتِ تَقْضِينَهُ؟ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَحَقُّ اللهِ أَحَقُّ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجِّ وَقَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَيُذْكَرُ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ فَذَكَرَهُ وَرَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ
