Once the Prophet ﷺ remained behind us in a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the prayer which was over-due. We were just passing wet hands over our feet (and not washing them properly) so the Prophet ﷺ addressed us in a loud voice and said twice or thrice: "Save your heels from the fire."  

تَخَلَّفَ عَنَّا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي سَفْرَةٍ سَافَرْنَاهَا فَأَدْرَكَنَا وَقَدْ أَرْهَقَتْنَا الصَّلاَةُ وَنَحْنُ نَتَوَضَّأُ فَجَعَلْنَا نَمْسَحُ عَلَى أَرْجُلِنَا فَنَادَى بِأَعْلَى صَوْتِهِ: «وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ!» مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلاَثًا۔  

Once Messenger of Allah ﷺ remained behind us in a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the ʿAsr prayer which was over-due. The Prophet ﷺ remained behind us on a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the ʿAsr prayer which was overdue and we were just passing wet hands over our feet (not washing them thoroughly) so he addressed us in a loud voice saying twice , "Save your heels from the fire."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ fell behind us in a journey that we were traveling. He caught up with us while we were burdened by the prayer of Asr, and we were performing ablution. So, we wiped over our feet and he called out in a loud voice, twice or thrice, "Woe to the heels from the Hellfire!"

"عَنِ ابْن عَمْرٍو قَالَ: تَخَلَّفَ عَنَّا رَسُولُ الله ﷺ في سَفْرةٍ سَافَرْنَاهَا فَأَدْرَكَنَا وَقَدْ أرْهَقَتْنَا صَلاَةُ الْعَصْر وَنَحْنُ نَتَوَضَّأُ فَجَعَلْنَا نَمْسَحُ عَلَى أَرجُلِنَا، فَنَادَى بِأعْلَى صَوْتهِ: وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ منَ النَّارِ مَرَّتيْنِ أَوْ ثَلاثًا".
