[Machine] I said to Ibn Abbas, "I am a fast reader. I quickly recite the Quran." Ibn Abbas replied, "Because I recite Surah Al-Baqarah and I prefer to recite it more than reciting the entire Quran hastily."  

البيهقي:٢٤٣٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ حَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ قَالَ
