[Machine] If a man gives a bequest, then he can change his bequest as he wishes. What about those who have been set free (from slavery)? He said, "Those who have been set free and those who have not been set free."  

البيهقي:٢١٥٦٩قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ فَإِنَّهُ يُغَيِّرُ وَصِيَّتَهُ بِمَا شَاءَ فَقِيلَ الْعَتَاقَةُ؟ قَالَ الْعَتَاقَةُ وَغَيْرُ الْعَتَاقَةِ
