[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said "Prevent the violation of boundaries, and it is not appropriate for the leader to disregard the boundaries." Al-Bukhari said that Al-Mukhtar ibn Nafi' said "It is an invalid hadith."  

البيهقي:١٧٠٦٠ – وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا الْمُخْتَارُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ثنا أَبُو حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ادْرَءُوا الْحُدُودَ وَلَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْإِمَامِ أَنْ يُعَطِّلَ الْحُدُودَ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ الْمُخْتَارُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ مُنْكَرُ الْحَدِيثِ
