[Machine] In His saying, "And upon the heir is a similar obligation." [Quran 2:233] He meant that he should not be harmed.  

البيهقي:١٥٧٣٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ أنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ النَّضْرَوِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا هُشَيْمٌ نا أَشْعَثُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ وَعَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ

فِي قَوْلِهِ {وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ} [البقرة 233] قَالَ أَنْ لَا يُضَارَّ
