البيهقي:١٥٦٧٦ – أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خُمَيْرَوَيْهِ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا هُشَيْمٌ أنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَالْحَجَّاجُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أُتِيَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ شَهِدَتْ عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ أَنَّهَا أَرْضَعَتْهُمَا فَقَالَ لَا حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ رَجُلَانِ أَوْ رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ أَنَا مُسْلِمٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ

لَا تَجُوزُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ أَقَلُّ مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ
