البيهقي:١٥٦٧٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ نا أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ أنا سُفْيَانُ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَامْرَأَتَهُ أَتَيَا عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ وَجَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أَرْضَعْتُكُمَا فَأَبَى عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ بِقَوْلِهَا فَقَالَ

دُونَكَ امْرَأَتَكَ هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ
