bayhaqi:14900 – Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ > Abū al-ʿAbbās Muḥammad b. Yaʿqūb > al-ʿAbbās b. Muḥammad al-Dūrī > Mālik b. Ismāʿīl > ʿAbd al-Salām b. Ḥarb > Abū Khālid al-Dālānī > Abū al-ʿAlāʾ al-Awdī > Ḥumayd b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman al-Ḥimyarī > Abū Mūsá al-Ashʿarī ؓ

[Machine] Narrated by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "Why does one of you say to his wife, 'I divorced you', when he has not, and then say, 'I have taken you back?' This is not a divorce according to the laws of Muslims. Divorce a woman during her period of purity."

البيهقي:١٤٩٠٠ – فَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ نا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الدَّالَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ الْأَوْدِيِّ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ؓ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِمَ يَقُولُ أَحَدُكُمْ لِامْرَأَتِهِ قَدْ طَلَّقْتُكِ قَدْ رَاجَعْتُكِ لَيْسَ هَذَا بِطَلَاقِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ طَلِّقُوا الْمَرْأَةَ فِي قُبُلِ طُهْرِهَا
