7. Ṣalāh of Eclipse
[Machine] Ibn Shu'bah says, "The sun was eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , on the day when Ibrahim died. The people said, 'The sun has eclipsed due to the death of Ibrahim.' The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, 'The sun and the moon are two signs from the signs of Allah, they do not eclipse for the death or the life of anyone. So when you see them, supplicate to Allah and pray until the eclipse is over."
[Machine] About Aisha, the wife of the Prophet (PBUH), she mentioned a hadith about the prayer of the Prophet (PBUH) during the solar eclipse, as previously mentioned in the hadith of Bahir ibn Nasr, narrated from Ibn Wahb. And she added at the end, she said: "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, 'Continue praying until you are relieved.' And the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, 'I saw in this position of mine everything that was promised to me. Indeed, I saw myself wanting to take a handful from Paradise when you saw me advancing, and I saw Hellfire breaking parts of it when you saw me delaying, and I saw in it Ibn Luhaib, the one who will suffer the severe punishment.'"
