٥٢۔ كِتَابُ الْقَسَامَةِ

52.17 [Machine] He whose magic is not considered disbelief and does not kill anyone with it shall not be killed.

٥٢۔١٧ بَابُ مَنْ لَا يَكُونُ سِحْرُهُ كُفْرًا وَلَمْ يَقْتُلْ بِهِ أَحَدًا لَمْ يُقْتَلْ

bayhaqi:16506Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥman al-Sulamī And ʾAbū Bakr b. al-Ḥārith al-Faqīh > ʿAlī b. ʿUmar al-Ḥāfiẓ > Abū Muḥammad b. Ṣāʿid > Muḥammad b. al-Muthanná > ʿAbd al-Wahhāb

[Machine] Her brothers mentioned her complaint to a man from the tribe of Az-Zutt, who wears perfume. He told them, "You remember a bewitched woman, enchanted by a servant girl of hers, in the neighborhood of the servant girl. Now, a boy has been afflicted in her house." They mentioned this to Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, and she said, "Pray for me, so-and-so, for a servant girl who has a boy in her house." They said, "The boy is afflicted in her house." She said, "Bring her to me." They brought her to her and she asked her, "Did you bewitch me?" She said, "Yes." She asked her, "Why?" She said, "I wanted to be freed." Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, freed her as a redemption from that sin. She said, "Indeed, it is up to Allah to never set you free. Look at the worst of the Arabs, a queen, they sold her among them and bought a slave girl with her price, so she could free her."
