[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever believes in omens has committed shirk (associating partners with Allah)."

They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the expiation for that?"

He replied, "One of them should say, 'O Allah, there is no good except Your good, no bird except Your bird, and there is no deity except You.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ رَدَّتْهُ الطِّيَرَةُ مِنْ حَاجَةٍ فَقَدْ أَشْرَكَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا كَفَّارَةُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ أَنْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمْ اللهُمَّ لَا خَيْرَ إِلَّا خَيْرُكَ وَلَا طَيْرَ إِلَّا طَيْرُكَ وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ

"مَن رَدَّتْهُ الطِّيرَةُ عن حَاجَته فَقَدْ أَشْرَكَ، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ الله وَمَا كَفَّارَةُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَال: يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ لا طَيرَ إِلا طَيرُكَ، وَلا خَيرَ إِلا خَيرُكَ وَلا إِلهَ غَيرُكَ".
