[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will be rulers after me who say what they do not do and do what they are not commanded."  

أحمد:٤٣٦٣ – حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ السِّمْطِ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سَيَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ بَعْدِي يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا لَا يُؤْمَرُونَ
