[AI] Aisha used to regularly recite, so she was asked, "What is your reason for doing this?" She replied, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'No servant intends to pay off their debt except that Allah will grant them help.' Therefore, I seek that help."

كَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ تَدَّانُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا لَكِ وَلِلدَّيْنِ؟ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ

[AI] "It was said to her, 'Why do you have debts?' She replied, 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No servant of Allah who has the intention to pay off his debt will not receive help from Allah ﷻ, so I seek that assistance.'"

أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَدَّانُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا لَكِ وَلِلدَّيْنِ؟ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِيأَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ

[AI] Aisha used to fast frequently, so someone asked her, "Why do you fast so much?" She replied, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'No servant who has the intention to pay off his debt but he will have the help of Allah with him. So, I seek this help.'"

كَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ تَدَّانُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا لَكِ وَلِلدَّيْنِ؟ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ

[AI] Aisha used to fast a lot, so it was said to her, "What motivates you to be so committed to religion?" And she said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say, 'No servant fasts and is determined to complete it except that he is aided by Allah.' So, I seek that aid."

أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ كَانَتْ تَدَّانُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا يَحْمِلُكِ عَلَى الدَّيْنِ؟ وَلَكِ عَنْهُ مَنْدُوحَةٌ قَالَتْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يُدَانُ وَفِي نَفْسِهِ أَدَاؤُهُ إِلَّا كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنَ اللهِ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَاأَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ

[AI] She borrowed a debt, so it was said to her: "You borrow from me and you do not have the means to repay?" She said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'There is no one who borrows a debt and Allah knows that he intends to repay it except that He helps him to repay it.'"

أَنَّهَا اسْتَدَانَتْ دَيْنًا فَقِيلَ لَهَا تَسْتَدِينِينَ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكِ وَفَاؤُهُ؟ قَالَتْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَسْتَدِينُ دَيْنًا يَعْلَمُ اللهُ أَنَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَدَاءَهُ إِلَّا أَدَّاهُ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever borrows a debt while knowing that Allah (The Almighty) is aware that he intends to repay it, then Allah will fulfill it on his behalf."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ اسْتَدَانَ دَيْنًا يَعْلَمُ اللهُ ﷻ مِنْهُ أَنَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَدَاءَهُ أَدَّاهُ اللهُ عَنْهُ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying while he was on the pulpit: "There is nothing more constant than Allah."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ إِنَّهُ لَا شَيْءَ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ

[AI] She used to repay her debts. It was said to her, "Why do you have debts and you have no means to pay?" She said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'No slave has the intention to repay his debt except that Allah will assist him in doing so, so I seek that assistance.'"

أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَدَّانُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا لَكِ وَالدَّيْنِ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ قَضَاءٌ؟ فَقَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "No servant has the intention to fulfill his debt except that Allah will provide him with assistance, and I seek that assistance." And his witness to this hadith is Maymunah.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ» وَشَاهِدُهُ حَدِيثُ مَيْمُونَةَ

[AI] She had a debt, so someone said to her, "Why do you have a debt and you don't have the means to pay it off?" She said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'There is no servant who intends to repay his debt, except that Allah will provide him with assistance.' So, I seek that assistance and it has been narrated to me on another occasion from Aisha."

كَانَتْ تَدَّايَنُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا لَكِ وَالدَّيْنُ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ قَضَاءٌ؟ فَقَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "There is no servant who has an intention to fulfill his debt except that he will receive help from Allah. So, I seek the help mentioned in the narration of Al-Hajjaj. It is also said that it was narrated by Muhammad ibn Ali from Abdullah ibn Jafar."

رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ الْحَجَّاجُ وَقِيلَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ

"ما مِنْ عَبْد كَانَتْ لهُ نِيَّةٌ وفي أَدَاءِ دَينِهِ إِلا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ عوْنٌ".
