I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "There is nothing (none) having a greater sense of Ghira (self-respect) than Allah." And narrated Abu Huraira that he heard the Prophet (saying the same).

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ شَىْءَ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللَّهِ

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Asma' daughter of Abu Bakr, through another chain of transmitters.

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ شَىْءٌ أَغْيَرَ مِنَ اللَّهِ ﷻ

There is none more self-respecting than Allah, the Exalted and Glorious.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لاَ شَىْءَ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ﷻ

"O Mother of the Believers, why have you taken a loan when you do not have the means to pay if off?" She said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Whoever takes a loan intending to pay it back, Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, will help him."'

أَنَّ مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ اسْتَدَانَتْ فَقِيلَ لَهَا يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ تَسْتَدِينِينَ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكِ وَفَاءٌ قَالَتْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَخَذَ دَيْنًا وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَهُ أَعَانَهُ اللَّهُ ﷻ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ʿWhoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted. Allah will build something like it for him in Paradise.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 434)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يُصَلَّى فِيهِ بَنَى الله ﷻ لَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ

" That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: He who shows no mercy to the people, Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, does not show mercy to him." (Using translation from Muslim 2319a)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمِ النَّاسَ لَا يَرْحَمْهُ اللهُ ﷻ

[AI] Aisha used to fast a lot, so it was said to her, "What motivates you to be so committed to religion?" And she said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say, 'No servant fasts and is determined to complete it except that he is aided by Allah.' So, I seek that aid."

أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ كَانَتْ تَدَّانُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا يَحْمِلُكِ عَلَى الدَّيْنِ؟ وَلَكِ عَنْهُ مَنْدُوحَةٌ قَالَتْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يُدَانُ وَفِي نَفْسِهِ أَدَاؤُهُ إِلَّا كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنَ اللهِ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَاأَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ

[AI] She said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Whoever borrows from people a debt and is aware that Allah knows that he is keen to repay it, Allah will assist him and protect him in it. So I seek that assistance from Allah.

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ دَايَنَ النَّاسَ بِدَيْنٍ يَعْلَمُ اللهُ مِنْهُ أَنَّهُ حَرِيصٌ عَلَى أَدَائِهِ كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنَ اللهِ عَوْنٌ وَحَافِظٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ

[AI] She borrowed a debt, so it was said to her: "You borrow from me and you do not have the means to repay?" She said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'There is no one who borrows a debt and Allah knows that he intends to repay it except that He helps him to repay it.'"

أَنَّهَا اسْتَدَانَتْ دَيْنًا فَقِيلَ لَهَا تَسْتَدِينِينَ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكِ وَفَاؤُهُ؟ قَالَتْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَسْتَدِينُ دَيْنًا يَعْلَمُ اللهُ أَنَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَدَاءَهُ إِلَّا أَدَّاهُ

[AI] She heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying on the pulpit, "There is nothing more changeable than Allah." Yunus said in his narration from Aban, "There is nothing more changeable than Allah."

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ شَيْءٌ أَغْيَرَ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ وَقَالَ يُونُسُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ عَنْ أَبَانَ لَا شَيْءَ أَغْيَرَ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ

[AI] She heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying while he was on the pulpit: "There is nothing more capricious than Allah."

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ مَا شَيْءٌ أَغْيَرَ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying while he was on the pulpit: "There is nothing more constant than Allah."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ إِنَّهُ لَا شَيْءَ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ

[AI] She used to repay her debts. It was said to her, "Why do you have debts and you have no means to pay?" She said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'No slave has the intention to repay his debt except that Allah will assist him in doing so, so I seek that assistance.'"

أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَدَّانُ فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَا لَكِ وَالدَّيْنِ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ قَضَاءٌ؟ فَقَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "No servant has the intention to fulfill his debt except that Allah will provide him with assistance, and I seek that assistance." And his witness to this hadith is Maymunah.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَوْنٌ فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ» وَشَاهِدُهُ حَدِيثُ مَيْمُونَةَ

[AI] She heard the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him saying while he was on the pulpit, "There is nothing more powerful than Allah, the Most Exalted and Mighty."

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ «إِنَّهُ لَا شَيْءَ أَغْيَرَ مِنَ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا»

"Maimunah used to take out loans frequently, and some of her family criticized her and denounced her for that. She said: 'I will not stop taking loans, for I heard my close friend and my beloved say: "There is no one who takes out a loans, and Allah knows that he intends to pay it back, but Allah will pay it back for him in this world." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4686)

لَهَا أَهْلُهَا فِي ذَلِكَ وَوَجَدُوا عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَتْ لَا أَتْرُكُ وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَدَّانُ دَيْنًا يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّهُ يُرِيدُ قَضَاءَهُ إِلَّا أَدَّاهُ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever associates partners with Allah, has indeed disassociated himself from Allah."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ رَاءَى بِاللهِ لِغَيْرِ اللهِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِنَ اللهِ»

[AI] Do you borrow money from your family but you have nothing to repay with? So she said, "Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever takes a loan while he is capable of repaying it, Allah will assist him in repaying it.'"

لَهَا أَهْلُهَا تَسْتَدِينِينَ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكِ مَا تَقْضِينَ؟ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنِ ادَّانَ دَيْنًا وَهُوَ يُحَدِّثُ نَفْسَهُ بِقَضَائِهِ أَعَانَهُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ»

[AI] Umm al-Mu'minin (the Mother of the Believers) Maimuna, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ borrowed three hundred dirhams. It was said to her, "O Mother of the Believers, you borrow when you have none?" She replied, "Yes, for indeed I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever borrows a debt intending to repay it, Allah will assist him in its payment.'"

أَنَّ مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ اسْتَدَانَتْ ثَلَاثُمِائَةَ دِرْهَمٍ فَقِيلَ لَهَا يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ تَسْتَدِينِينَ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَكِ؟ فَقَالَتْ نَعَمْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنِ ادَّانَ دَيْنًا وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَقْضِيَهُ أَعَانَهُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "No one is more jealous than Allah."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا أَحَدَ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللهِ»

[AI] That his mother Aisha bint Abu Bakr told him that she heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say from the pulpit, "There is nothing more unjust than Allah."

أَنَّ أُمَّهُ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ»

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "There is nothing (none) having a greater sense of Ghira (self-respect) than Allah." And narrated Abu Huraira that he heard the Prophet (saying the same). (Using translation from Bukhārī 5222)

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "No one is more able to be angry than Allah."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا أَحَدَ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللهِ»
