[Machine] "Regarding the statement of Allah, 'They have good tidings in the worldly life' [Surah Yunus 64], Ubada asked the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , and he said, 'Indeed, you have asked me about a matter which no one from my Ummah has asked me about before. It is about righteous visions that a believer sees or are shown to him.'"

أحمد:٢٢٧٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْيَزَنِيُّ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ

عَنْ قَوْلِ اللهِ {لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا} [يونس 64] فَقَالَ عُبَادَةُ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَقَدْ سَأَلْتَنِي عَنْ أَمْرٍ مَا سَأَلَنِي عَنْهُ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي تِلْكَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الْمُؤْمِنُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ

I asked Abu Ad-Darda about the saying of Allah, Most High: 'For them are glad tidings in the life of the present world' so he said: 'No one other than you asked me about it, except for one man, since I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: 'No one other than you has asked me about it since it was revealed: This Ayah refers to the righteous dreams which the Muslim sees or which are seen about him."

الترمذي:٢٢٧٣ – حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ

عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى (لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ) فَقَالَ مَا سَأَلَنِي عَنْهَا أَحَدٌ غَيْرَكَ إِلاَّ رَجُلٌ وَاحِدٌ مُنْذُ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَا سَأَلَنِي عَنْهَا أَحَدٌ غَيْرَكَ مُنْذُ أُنْزِلَتْ هِيَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الْمُسْلِمُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ

[Machine] He asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted be He: 'For them is good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter'?" [Surah Yunus 64]. He said, "You have asked me about something that no one from my Ummah or anyone before you has asked me about. That is a righteous vision that a righteous man sees or it is shown to him."

الدارمي:٢١٨٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ ﷻ {لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ} [يونس 64] قَالَ «هِيَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الرَّجُلُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ صحيح

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا} [يونس 64] قَالَ «هِيَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الْمُؤْمِنُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَشَاهِدُهُ حَدِيثُ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ الَّذِيعلى شرط البخاري ومسلم

(Surah Yunus 10:64) So, he ﷺ said, 'No one has asked me about it except you since I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ .' He ﷺ replied, 'No one has asked me about it except you since it was revealed. It is a righteous dream that a Muslim sees or that is seen for him.'"
