ahmad:19266 – Yazīd b. Ḥayyān

[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "We do not find it in the Book of Allah (may He be glorified)? It is mentioned that he has a pond in Paradise." He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has informed us about it and promised it to us." He said, "You have lied, but you are an old man who has lost his mind." He said, "Indeed, I have heard it with my own ears and my heart has received it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever deliberately lies about me, let him take his place in Hellfire. And I did not lie about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . Zaid narrated to us in his gathering, saying, 'Indeed, a man from the people of the Fire will be punished by the Fire until his molars are like a donkey's.'"  

أحمد:١٩٢٦٦ – قَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ ذَلِكَ قَالَ بَعَثَ إِلَيَّ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَقَالَ مَا أَحَادِيثُ تُحَدِّثُهَا وَتَرْوِيهَا

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نَجِدُهَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ ﷻ؟ تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ لَهُ حَوْضًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ قَالَ قَدْ حَدَّثَنَاهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَوَعَدَنَاهُ قَالَ كَذَبْتَ وَلَكِنَّكَ شَيْخٌ قَدْ خَرِفْتَ قَالَ إِنِّي قَدْ سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ وَمَا كَذَبْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَحَدَّثَنَا زَيْدٌ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ قَالَ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ لَيَعْظُمُ لِلنَّارِ حَتَّى يَكُونَ الضِّرْسُ مِنْ أَضْرَاسِهِ كَأُحُدٍ

[Machine] I have not received any reports about you from which I could take any information to narrate about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. You claim that he has a basin in Paradise. He informed us about it and promised it to us. But you said, "You lied. However, you are an old man who has lost his mind." As for me, I have heard it with my own ears from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I mean, I heard him saying, "Whoever intentionally lies about me, let him take his place in the Fire." And I have not lied about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.  

الحاكم:٢٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَيَّانَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيُّ تَيْمُ الرَّبَابِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ وَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ فَقَالَ

مَا أَحَادِيثُ بَلَغَنِي عَنْكَ تُحَدِّثُ بِهَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَزْعُمُ أَنَّ لَهُ حَوْضًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ذَاكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَوَعَدْنَاهُ فَقَالَ كَذَبْتَ وَلَكِنَّكَ شَيْخٌ قَدْ خَرِفْتَ قَالَ أَمَا إِنَّهُ سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَعْنِي وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ «مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ» وَمَا كَذَبْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

[Machine] Do you not find it in the book of Allah? It is narrated that the Prophet ﷺ has a pond. He said, "I said, indeed, he has informed us of that and promised it to us." He said, "You lied, but you are an old man who has become senile." He (the narrator) said, "I said, surely I have heard it with my ears and my heart has comprehended it, saying, 'Whoever intentionally lies about me, let him take his place in Hellfire.'" So I did not lie about him.  

الطبراني:٥٠٢١ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حَيَّانَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ أَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَقَالَ مَا أَحَادِيثُ تَبْلُغُنَا عَنْكَ تَرْوِيهَا
