[Machine] Ja'iru bay'atu Rasulillahi ﷺ 'ala assam'i watta'ati wa 'ala an ansaha lilkulli muslimin. Qala wa kana Ja'irun idha shtara ash-shay'a wa kana a'jaba ilayhi min thamnihi qala lisa'hibihi ta'lamanna wallahi lama akhadhna ahabbu ilayna mimmah a'taynak ka'annah yuridu bidhalika al-wafa'a.

Ja'ir pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for listening and obeying and for advising every Muslim. He said, "And Ja'ir, whenever he would buy something and found its price more pleasing to him than the price he paid, he would say to its seller, 'You should know, by Allah, that when we took [the item], it was dearer to us than what we have given you. It is as if he wanted to fulfill [his obligations] by that."
