[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said in his farewell pilgrimage: "Behold, there are four things that must be honored and protected: Do not associate anything with Allah, do not kill a soul which Allah has forbidden except in justice, do not commit adultery, and do not steal." He said, "I do not forbid these things to be difficult upon you, but because I have heard them from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ أَلَا إِنَّمَا هُنَّ أَرْبَعٌ أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا قَالَ فَمَا أَنَا بِأَشَحَّ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنِّي إِذْ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺﷺ  

[Machine] Verily, it is only four [commands], so am I not today older than the day I heard them from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ? I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying during his farewell pilgrimage, "Do not associate anything with Allah, do not kill a soul which Allah has made inviolable except by right, do not steal, and do not commit adultery."  

أَلَا إِنَّمَا هُوَ أَرْبَعٌ فَمَا أَنَا الْيَوْمَ بِأَشْيَخَ مِنْ يَوْمِ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ «لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا وَلَا تَزْنُوا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in his farewell pilgrimage, "There are four things for which I hold myself not accountable towards you today, and for which you will not hold me accountable. They are: Do not associate anything with Allah, do not kill a soul that Allah has made inviolable except in the course of justice, do not commit adultery, and do not steal."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ «أَرْبَعٌ» مَا أَنَا الْيَوْمَ بِأَشَحَّ مِنِّي عَلَيْهِنَّ يَوْمَ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ قَالَ «لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in the Farewell Pilgrimage, "Indeed, there are four (things): First, I am the most worthy among the people of myself on this day, when I heard them from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ : 'Do not associate partners with Allah, and do not kill a soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by right, and do not commit adultery, and do not steal.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ «أَلَا إِنَّمَا هِيَ أَرْبَعٌ» فَمَا أَنَا الْيَوْمَ بِأَشَحَّ مِنِّي يَوْمَ سَمِعْتُهُنُّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said in his Farewell Sermon, "Behold, I take your pledge that I am not more partial to these four things than to the others since I heard about them from the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ : Do not associate partners with Allah, do not kill any soul which Allah has forbidden to kill unless for a just cause." Hamza said, "This means do not commit adultery and do not steal."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ «أَلَا إِنَّمَا هِيَ أَرْبَعٌ فَمَا أَنَا بِأَشَحَّ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنِّي مُنْذُ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَلَّا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ» قَالَ حَمْزَةُ يَعْنِي وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا  

"أَلَا إِنَّمَا هى أَربَعٌ: لا تشركوا باللَّهِ شيئًا, ولَا تقتلوا النَّفسَ الَّتِى حرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بالحقِّ، ولا تزنُوا, ولا تَسْرِقُوا".
