Ammar's last drink at Siffin

[AI] On the day of Siffin, Ammar said, "Bring me a drink of milk, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The last drink you will drink in this world is a drink of milk."" So a drink of milk was brought to him, and he drank it, then he went forward and was killed.

أحمد:١٨٨٨٠ – حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ

عَمَّارٌ يَوْمَ صِفِّينَ: ائْتُونِي بِشَرْبَةِ لَبَنٍ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «آخِرُ شَرْبَةٍ تَشْرَبُهَا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا شَرْبَةُ لَبَنٍ». فَأُتِيَ بِشَرْبَةِ لَبَنٍ، فَشَرِبَهَا، ثُمَّ تَقَدَّمَ فَقُتِلَ

"عَنْ أَبِى البُخْتُرِىِّ قَالَ: لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ صِفِّينَ وَاشْتَدَّتِ الحَرْبُ دَعَا عَمَّارٌ بِشَرْبَةِ لَبَنٍ فَشَرِبَهَا، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ قَالَ لِى: إنَّ آخِرَ شَرْبَةٍ تَشْرَبُهَا مِن الدُّنْيَا شَرْبةُ لَبنٍ حَتَّى تَمُوتَ، ثُمَّ تَقَدَّمَ فَقُتِلَ".
