[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I am only a custodian, and indeed Allah gives. So whoever I give, a gift, and my intention is good in it, then it is blessed for him. And whoever I give a gift out of his greed and his insistence, then it is like one who eats but does not get satisfied."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّمَا أَنَا خَازِنٌ وَإِنَّمَا يُعْطِي اللهُ فَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً وَأَنَا بِهِ طَيِّبُ النَّفْسِ بُورِكَ لَهُ فِيهِ وَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً عَنْ شَرَهِ النَّفْسِ وَشِدَّةِ الْمَسْأَلَةِ فَهُوَ كَالَّذِي يَأْكُلُ وَلَا يَشْبَعُ»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say from the pulpit, "Indeed, I am only a keeper, and indeed, Allah is the giver. So whoever I give from my own self, then indeed it is blessed for him. And whoever I give from what I dislike and with harshness, then he is like one who eats but does not become satisfied."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ «إِنَّمَا أَنَا خَازِنٌ وَإِنَّمَا يُعْطِي اللهُ فَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً وَأَنَا طَيِّبَةٌ بِهِ نَفْسِي فَإِنَّهُ يُبَارَكُ لَهُ فِيهِ وَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً عَنْ شَرَهِ نَفْسٍ وَشِدَّةِ مَسْأَلَةٍ فَهُوَ كَالَّذِي يَأْكُلُ وَلَا يَشْبَعُ»

"إِنَّما أنا خازن وإِنَّمَا يعطى اللَّه، فمن أعطيته عطاءً عن طيب نفس منِّى، فيبارك له فيه، ومن أعطيته عطاءً عن شره نفسٍ وشدَّةِ مسألةٍ فهو كالآكل يأكل ولا يشبعُ".

"إِنَّمَا أنَا خَازِن وإنما يُعْطِى اللَّه ﷻ، فمن أعطيته عَطَاءً وأَنَا به طَيِّبُ النَّفْسِ بورِكَ له فيه، ومن أَعطيته عَطَاءً عن شره نفسِ وشدَّةِ مسألِة كَان كالذِى يأكُل ولا يشْبَعُ ".
