أحمد:١٥٣٤٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَرَّمَ مُتْعَةَ النِّسَاءِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَرَّمَ مُتْعَةَ النِّسَاءِ

Rabi' b. Sabra reported on the authority of his father that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade on the Day of Victory to contract temporary marriage with women. (Using translation from Muslim 1406i)

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ»
