Meaning of oath of ten nights, the even, and the odd in Surat al-Fajr

ahmad:14511 – Zayd b. al-Ḥubāb > ʿAyyāsh b. ʿUqbah > Khayr b. Nuʿaym > Abū al-Zubayr > Jābir

from the Prophet ﷺ who said: The ten are the ten of ˹days˺ of Adha (Dhu al-Hijjah), the odd is the Day of Arafah, and the even is the Day of Nahr (sacrifice).  

أحمد:١٤٥١١ – حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنَا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي خَيْرُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, regarding "By the Dawn; and the Ten Nights" (Fajr 2): The ten are the ten of ˹days˺ of Adha (Dhu al-Hijjah), the odd is the Day of Arafah, and the even is the Day of Nahr (sacrifice).
