ahmad:12167 – Yaḥyá > al-Taymī > Anas

[Machine] Two men sneezed in front of the Prophet ﷺ, and one of them received blessings or was praised. It was said to him, "These two men sneezed, and you praised or blessed only one of them?" He replied, "Indeed, this one praised Allah, and that one did not praise Allah." Yahya said, "And perhaps he said this or something similar."  

أحمد:١٢١٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

عَطَسَ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَشَمَّتَ أَوْ سَمَّتَ أَحَدَهُمَا فَقيلَ لَهُ رَجُلَانِ عَطِسَا فَشَمَّتَّ أَوْ سَمَّتَّ أَحَدَهُمَا ؟ فَقَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا حَمِدَ اللهَ وَإِنَّ ذَاكَ لَمْ يَحْمَدِ اللهَ قَالَ يَحْيَى وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ هَذَا أَوْ نَحْوَهُ

Two men sneezed in the presence of the prophet (May peace be upon him). He said : Allah have mercy on you! To one and not to the other. He was asked: Messenger of Allah! Two persons sneezed. Ahmad’s version has: You invoked a blessing on one of them and left the other. He replied : This man praised Allah, and this man did not praise Allah.

"Two men sneezed in he presence of the Prophet ﷺ and he replied (said: YarhamukAllah; may Allah have mercy on you') to one and not to the other. It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, two men sneezed in your presence and you replied to one and not to the other?' "Two men sneezed in he presence of the Prophet ﷺ and he replied (said: YarhamukAllah; may Allah have mercy on you') to one and not to the other. الدارمي:٢٧٠٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

عَطَسَ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَشَمَّتَ أَحَدَهُمَا وَلَمْ يُشَمِّتِ الْآخَرَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ شَمَّتَّ هَذَا وَلَمْ تُشَمِّتِ الْآخَرَ؟ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ هَذَا حَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَإِنَّ هَذَا لَمْ يَحْمَدِ اللَّهَ» قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ «سُلَيْمَانُ هُوَ التَّيْمِيُّ»  

ذِكْرُ إبَاحَةِ تَرْكِ تَشْمِيتِ الْعَاطِسِ، إذَا لَمْ يَحْمَدِ اللَّهَ جَلَّ وَعَلَا

[Machine] Two men sneezed in front of the Prophet ﷺ , and one of them said "Alhamdulillah" (praise be to Allah), while the other did not say it. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, this one praised Allah, and this one did not."  

ابن حبّان:٦٠٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ وَجَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

عَطَسَ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَشَمَّتَ أَوْ فَسَمَّتَّ أَحَدَهُمَا وَتَرَكَ الْآخَرَ قَالَ «إِنَّ هَذَا حَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَإِنَّ هَذَا لَمْ يَحْمَدْهُ»

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٩٧٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ أَنْبَأَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

عَطَسَ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَشَمَّتَ أَحَدَهُمَا وَتَرَكَ الْآخِرَ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَطَسَ عِنْدَكَ رَجُلَانِ فَشَمَّتَّ أَحَدَهُمَا وَتَرَكْتَ الْآخِرَ؟ فَقَالَ «إنَّ» هَذَا حَمِدَ اللهَ وَإنَّ هَذَا لَمْ يَحْمَدِ اللهُ وَاللَّفْظُ لِعِمْرَانَ
