الزهد لأحمد:٢٤١حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أبِي حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: “How many a fasting person gains nothing from his fast except thirst, and how many a person who stands (in prayer at night) gains nothing from his standing except sleeplessness.”
