The Prophet ﷺ said: When an infant has raised its voice (and then dies), it will be treated as an heir.  

أبو داود:٢٩٢٠ – حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ الْمَوْلُودُ وُرِّثَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ الصَّبِيُّ صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ وَوُرِّثَ»  

suyuti:1223a –

The Prophet ﷺ said: When an infant has raised its voice (and then dies), it will be treated as an heir. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2920)
