A similar tradition has been transmitted by Ibn ‘Abbas from the Prophet ﷺ through a different chain of narrators. This version does not mention the word “shin”.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ السَّاقَ

A similar tradition has been transmitted by Aban b. ‘Uthman, from ‘Uthman, from the prophet (May peace be upon him). This version does not mention the story of paralysis.

Another chain from Zaid bin Aslam, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ with similar. And he did not mention "from 'Umar" in it.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ عَنْ عُمَرَ

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ.

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
