"Indeed, the most beloved of people to Allah on the Day of Judgement, and the nearest to Him in the status is the just Imam. And the most hated of people to Allah and the furthest from Him in status is the oppressive Imam."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ أَحَبَّ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَدْنَاهُمْ مِنْهُ مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ عَادِلٌ وَأَبْغَضَ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَبْعَدَهُمْ مِنْهُ مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ جَائِرٌ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the most beloved of people to Allah on the Day of Resurrection and the closest of them to Him in position will be a just leader. And indeed, the most hated of people to Allah on the Day of Resurrection and the one who will receive the severest punishment will be an unjust leader."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ أَحَبَّ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَقْرَبَهُمْ مِنْهُ مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ عَادِلٌ وَإِنَّ أَبْغَضَ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَشَدَّهُمْ عَذَابًا إِمَامٌ جَائِرٌ

And the most hated of people to me on the Day of Resurrection and the most severe of them in punishment will be an unjust leader."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ أَحَبَّ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَقْرَبَهُمْ مِنِّي مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ عَادِلٌ وَأَبْغَضَ النَّاسِ إِلِيَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَشَدَّهُمْ عَذَابًا إِمَامٌ جَائِرٌ
"أحبُّ الناسِ إلى اللهِ أقربُهم منه مجلِسًا يومَ القيامةِ: إمامٌ عادلٌ, وأبغضُ الناسِ إلى اللهِ يومَ القيامةِ وأشدهم عذابًا: إمامٌ جائرٌ".
"إِنَّ أحبَّ الناسِ إِلى اللَّهِ تعالى يومَ القيامة وأدناهُم منه مجلسًا إِمامٌ عادلٌ، وَأبْغَضُ الناس إِلى اللَّهِ تعالى وأبعدُهم منه مجلسًا، وفى لفظ: أشَدُّهم عَذَابًا إِمَامٌ جَائرٌ".
