tabarani:7500[Chain 1] Ibrāhīm Duḥaym al-Dimashqī from my father > ʿAmr b. al-Sarḥ [Chain 2] Yaḥyá al-Ḥimmānī > ʿAlī b. al-Mubārak > Abū Bakr b. Abū Maryam > Rāshid b. Saʿd Wḍamrah b. Ḥabīb > Abū Umāmah > ʿAllamanī Rasūl Allāh

[Machine] Narrated by Rashed bin Saad and Zamrah bin Habib, they heard Abu Umamah say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me what to say after finishing eating. He said, "O Allah, you have given us food, provided us with water, and quenched our thirst. To you belongs all praise, an insufficiency, a leaving behind, and an independence from anyone else."  

الطبراني:٧٥٠٠حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ دُحَيْمٌ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ السَّرْحِ ح وحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ

عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وضَمْرَةَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا أَقُولُ عِنْدَ الْفَرَاغِ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ أَطْعَمْتَنَا وَسَقَيْتَنَا وَأَرْوَيْتَنَا فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ وَلَا مُوَدَّعٍ وَلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْكَ»

He said to say, 'O Allah, You have fed us and given us drink, for which we thank You, and there is no fault in it, nor can we do without it, O our Lord.'"
