أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ حِينَ يَضْطَجِعُ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ غِنَى الْأَهْلِ وَالْمَوْلَى وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ تَدْعُوَ عَلَيَّ رَحِمٌ قَطَعْتُهَا»
