[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to come to us and narrate that he said, "Pour water for ablution." So I poured water for him in a container, which was a pot that holds a measure and one-third or a measure and one-fourth of water. He then said, "Pour on my hand." He washed his hands three times, and then said, "Put." So I handed him the water to perform ablution. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution by washing his face three times, gargling, blowing his nose once, and washing his right hand three times, then washing his left hand three times. He wiped his head twice, starting from the back of his head, then moving to the front, and also wiped both ears. He wiped the back of his neck and the front of it. He then washed his right foot three times, and washed his left foot three times.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to come to us. He once said: Pour ablution water on me. She then described how the Prophet ﷺ performed ablution saying: He washed his hands up to wrist three times and washed his face three times, and rinsed his mouth and snuffed up water once. Then he washed his forearms three times and wiped his head twice beginning from the back of his head, then wiped its front. He wiped his ears outside and inside. Then he washed his feet three times. Abu Dawud said: The tradition narrated by Musaddad carries the same meaning.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to come to us and say, "Pour water for me to perform ablution." So I poured water for him in a container, which was a large basin. He took a handful or a little more of water and poured it on his hand. Then he washed his hands three times and said, "Pour water on my hands." So I poured water on his hands, and he washed his hands three times. Then he said, "Put water on your face." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am looking at you." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution, and while I was watching him, he washed his face three times, rinsed his mouth, sniffed water into his nose, and blew it out once. Then he washed his right hand three times and his left hand three times. After that, he wiped his head twice, starting from the back of his head, then the front, then again the back, and finally the front. Then he wiped his ears, both the outer and inner parts. After that, he washed his right foot three times and his left foot three times. It was narrated by someone other than Bashr, who did not mention what he said. And Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated from Ishaq ibn Yusuf al-Azraq, who narrated from Abu Al-Ala, who narrated from Qatadah, who narrated from Anas, that he used to wipe his head three times, taking fresh water for each one.
