[Machine] I returned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a state of illness, with my throat hanging down due to the intensity of fever. I said, “O Messenger of Allah, if you supplicate to Allah, it will go away from me.” He replied, “Some of the most severely tested among people are the prophets, then the righteous, then the best of people. The test is in accordance with one’s religious commitment. So, if a person is steadfast in his religious commitment, his test will be more severe, and if he is weak in his religious commitment, he will be tested according to his level of religious commitment. And calamity will keep befalling a person until he walks on the earth with no sins on him.”

[Machine] I returned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and found a water pitcher hanging, and its water was dripping on him due to the intensity of the fever he was experiencing. So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, if you invoke Allah to remove it from you?" He replied, "Verily, the prophets face the most severe trials, and then those who are closest to them." Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the summary.
