[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, the needy person stands at my door until I feel ashamed, but I cannot find anything to give him." He said, "Put something in his hand, even if it's a burnt hoof."
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ الْمِسْكِينَ يَقِفُ عَلَى بَابِي حَتَّى أَسْتَحْيِي فَمَا أَجِدُ مَا أُعْطِيَهُ قَالَ «ضَعِي فِي يَدِهِ وَلَوْ ظِلْفًا مُحْرَقًا»
[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, by Allah, the poor person stands at my door, making me feel shy. I do not have anything in my house to give him." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give him even if it is a burnt hoof."
