[Machine] There were two neighbors of mine, and to the right of me, one of them became in possession of the right. I heard Maqil ibn Yasar saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever swears an oath on a right and uses it to unlawfully take his brother's property, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him."  

الطبراني:١٧٧٢٦حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضٌ أَبُو خَالِدٍ قَالَ

كَانَ بَيْنَ جَارَيْنِ لِي يَمِينٌ فَصَارَتِ الْيَمِينُ عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا فَسَمِعْتُ مَعْقِلَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ أَخِيهِ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever takes a (false) oath in order to grab (others) property, then Allah will be angry with him when he will meet Him." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2673)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ رَجُلٍ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ

“Whoever swears a false oath in order to seize the wealth of a Muslim unlawfully, he will meet Allah when He is angry with him.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2323)

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever takes an oath to unlawfully take someone's wealth, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him."  

الحاكم:٧٨٠١حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْعَوْفِيُّ ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِيَاضًا أَبَا خَالِدٍ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ رَجُلَيْنِ يَخْتَصِمَانِ عِنْدَ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ فَقَالَ مَعْقِلٌ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ رَجُلٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ صحيح
