[Machine] From Amr ibn Malik Al-Janbi, from Fadalah ibn 'Ubayd, he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The passenger should greet the one who is standing, and the one who is few should greet the one who is many."  

الطبراني:١٥٩٥٥ – حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَلُولٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ ثنا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هَانِي

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَأَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْجَنْبِيُّ اسْمُهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ مَالِكٍ

The rider should first greet the pedestrian, and the pedestrian the one who is seated and a small group should greet a larger group (with as-Salam-u-'Alaikum). (Using translation from Muslim 2160)

The young should salute the old, the one who is passing by should salute the one who is sitting, and a small company should salute a large one. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5198)
